(Makes a great gift for that special flutist in your life!) Take a look at these great Sale prices!

The suggested retail price for the Grenadilla wood professional model headjoint is $ 1,099.00, but now it is available to you for only $ 850.00 during this Special Sale. And the new intermediate model Grenadilla headjoint, designed specifically for the semi-professional player, which retails for $ 899.00, is now available for only $ 700.00 during this Special Sale. And the small but powerful J. Novo piccolo headjoint, which normally lists for $895.00, can be purchased for only $750.00 during this Special New Year Sale. Other models/prices available on request.

                                                     The Intermediate Model Headjoint

The difference between the professional model headjoint and the intermediate model headjoint is this: the pro model has a parabolic bore, a custom hand-cut embouchure hole (3 different cuts to choose from), and a Mother-of-Pearl inlay on the crown. The intermediate model headjoint does not have any of these features.

Headjoint Trials, Fitting Work, and Our One Year Warranty

TRIALS: We used to have a trial program years ago but had to discontinue it because headjoints were being returned with cracks and other damages by people who were careless with them. Consequently, we no longer have a trial period. There are other wooden headjoints on the market that come with a trial period but no warranty against cracks. We, on the other hand, offer our clients something that is FAR more important than a trial period: a one year warranty against cracks. If a headjoint made from inferior wood cracks 6, 8, 10 months after you buy it, it is completely ruined because poor quality wood will not respond well to being repaired (it starts to crack in other places), so there goes all your hard earned money down the drain. But not so with the J. Novo headjoint. We will either repair it or replace it at no charge to you! So don't let the absence of a trial period deter you from purchasing one of our high quality headjoints. If you are really serious about your flute playing, you will be absolutely delighted with the J. Novo headjoint. Click on the “Testimonials” button above and see for yourself what other flutists have to say about the J. Novo wooden headjoint. Then, buy one for yourself and join them!

FITTINGS/WARRANTY: Once you purchase a J. Novo wooden headjoint, you have the option of having the headjoint fitted to your flute by either us or by someone else. If we do the fitting, the headjoint will be properly fitted to your flute at no additional charge and a one year warranty against cracks will accompany the headjoint. If the headjoint cracks within one year of purchase, we will repair it free of charge excluding shipping charges. If the repair is not possible, we will replace the headjoint at no additional cost to the purchaser excluding shipping charges. (Accidental damage, abuse, and/or neglect voids the warranty. Limit of one replacement headjoint per customer.) However, if the fitting is done by someone else, no warranty will accompany the headjoint since the headjoint may crack during the fitting process if not done properly. Each headjoint comes with detailed instructions on how to properly care for it. Please keep in mind that with the Novo headjoint, there is no "playing in" period due to the superior quality of the wood.

Alto and bass flute headjoints are also available in wood.

Since all of our headjoints are custom made by hand to order, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not permitted.
